Returns & Exchanges
SENSI SANDALS - RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you ordered the wrong size or color, returns or exchanges are easy. We want you to be happy with your purchase. Packages must be returned freight prepaid. (No C.O.D. deliveries accepted). We only accept packages with a return address. For your protection, we suggest sending your return via insured parcel post or some other traceable method. Sensi Sandals reserves the right to add a 15% restocking fee on orders over $100.
Exchanges
If, for any reason, you need to exchange your Sensi Sandals, please send the unworn sandals back to us in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase, and include your name, order number, style, color and size you would like in exchange. Please remember to include all of your return information inside the packaging, along with the original packing slip you received. If you are within the Continental US, please send a check, or money order, for $8.95 (plus $2.00 for each additional pair you are exchanging) payable to Nipoc Inc./Sensi to cover the return shipping cost. For exchanges coming from Alaska or Hawaii, please send a check, or money order, for $14.95.
Returns
For returns, please send the unworn sandals back to us in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase, along with the original packing list, and the return slip that you’ll find in your package, stating that you are returning the sandals for credit.

Damaged or Defective Merchandise
If you receive a damaged or defective product from a manufacturer defect, you may exchange them for a new pair following the instructions above. Sensi Sandals come with a 1-year guarantee. If your purchase does not meet this guarantee, you may exchange the sandals within that 1-year period of purchase for an exchange of the same sandal. If the same style is not available, we will provide you with a pair of equal style and value.
Refunds
Any unworn product may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a complete refund, minus shipping and handling. Please send back the completed return form with the merchandise you're returning, along with the original packing list. All returns will be refunded to the form of payment used for the original purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days after receipt of your return for your refund to be processed.
